Your first session includes time to discuss your needs, allowing the treatment to be tailored specifically to you. As the bowls are played, their vibrations help guide your body into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your mind to switch off and your nervous system to reset. Perfect if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time to fully relax and recharge.
